DB AI Magic has a free tier for solo work and paid tiers that scale with your team. Pick a plan when you sign up — you can switch any time.

Comparing plans

Plans differ in three ways: how many people can collaborate, how much usage we include, and which features are unlocked. Limits never silently truncate your work — when you hit one, we tell you and show the upgrade path.

Free

For evaluating the platform

The Free tier is everything you need to try DB AI Magic end-to-end. You get the editor, data editor, schema viewer, a small amount of AI usage, and one admin seat. It's a real plan — not a time-limited trial — so feel free to stay on it as long as you're working solo.

  • Connect to a handful of databases

  • Generous-enough AI quota for occasional natural-language SQL
  • Built-in AI model (no key required)

Pro

For individual power users

Pro is for analysts and developers who outgrow the Free limits but still work mostly alone. You get a larger AI quota, advanced charts, and the ability to bring your own AI provider key (OpenAI, Anthropic or Google).

Team

For squads shipping data products together

Team adds collaborators. You get admin seats, granular per-connection permissions, shared saved queries and dashboards, scheduled reports, and an audit log of every query executed against your databases.

Built for collaboration

Each teammate gets their own login and only sees the connections they were granted. Admins can revoke any role with a single click.

Enterprise

Custom pricing

Enterprise covers everything in Team plus SSO/SAML, SCIM provisioning, self-hosted Docker deployment, custom data residency, dedicated support and an SLA. Pricing is tailored to your organisation — reach out via the pricing page to start a conversation.

How billing works

Trials

Paid plans include a free trial period. You won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel at any point during the trial to switch back to Free with no charge.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay over an encrypted channel. We never see or store your card details.

Invoices

Every successful payment generates an invoice you can download from the Billing page in your workspace. Failed renewals fall back to the previous billing window so you keep access while we sort it out.

Changing plans

Open Billing from the sidebar of your workspace at any time. You can:

  • Upgrade immediately — new features unlock as soon as the payment goes through.
  • Cancel at period end — keep using your plan until the next renewal date.
  • Cancel immediately — drop straight back to Free.

What happens when you cancel

Your data stays exactly where it is. Only plan-gated features are disabled, and you can re-subscribe at any moment to bring them back.
